Fasting has been my little secret to extreme focus and productivity in my writing. Fasting keeps your body in a state of flow state because it's not multitasking digesting all the bad food you're currently eating.
Supplements have been a pretty big lifesaver too. This is what I take:
Creatine: To recover and get intramuscular water retention after lifting. It has also been proven to aid in sleep quality.
Lions Mane: It literally grows brain cells. Need I say more?
Shilajit OR Multivitamin: At the moment, I have replaced my daily multivitamin with shilajit, however, I will not recommend it to you because I have not been taking it long enough to see any results. Make sure to take a multivitamin to get the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs.
Meditation is a real game changer. And no, you don't have to hum to yourself outside on the grass. What I classify as meditation is purposeful silence. We rarely get the time throughout our days to get uninterrupted time to ourselves because we are always distracted. A way to combat this is to take 5-15 minutes in the morning to think deeply. This could be about anything, but I use this time to usually solve a problem I am facing, plan out my day effectively, or think about how I can give back to others.
I have been weight training consistently for over six years. The effect that it has on not only my body but also my mind is profound. Weightlifting preps my mind for the day by establishing it with productive discipline in addition to feeding my body with the good endorphins it needs.

For the past 2-3 years, I have journaled every night before bed. This has benefited me in numerous ways. The first and most obvious one is that it counts as writing practice. However, it also allows me to track the productivity of my days and siphon abstract ideas from my mind into reality.
My father is a professional photographer, so naturally, I would have to pick up a thing or two. I've found that photography allows me to express my creativity in ways that writing cannot and it also inspires me to to develop story concepts.
Social media has changed my life. I have been trying to grow a platform since my freshman year of high school. I think subconsciously, I have so much faith in it because I didn't have many mentors growing up, so influencers were the first poeple that really made a difference. Social media has allowed me to express my ideas and writing to the world.
Martial arts raised me. I began my journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a few years before transitioning to Kenpo Karate and training under Five Animal Kung Fu Master, Shihan Jason DeLucia. After years, I was awarded my brown belt. I then began dabbling in other forms of Martial Arts, such as American Wrestling, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Krav Maga. Martial Arts taught me what it means to be strong and disciplined.
